Please list ALL courses your school plans to run partnered with 成人动漫网站 for school year 24-25.
Please indicate the start date and end date for each class being offered.
Failure to submit a complete form may result in the course not running.
Do not list any new class offerings or teachers that have not been approved. Below are the forms for new course requests. Please forward new request forms and supporting documentation to CCAP@adelphi.edu.
