De Sevo, PhD, LCCE, IBCLC, RNC – BS Syracuse University 1973, MA and PhD New York University 1976/1991, respectively — hasÌý worked as a staff nurse at NYU Medical Center and Phelps Memorial Hospital and as an Infectious Disease ÌýNurse at The New York Hospital.Ìý She holds certifications in:Ìý Inpatient Obstetric Nursing, Lamaze Childbirth Education, and Lactation Consultation.Ìý She has taught maternity and pediatric nursing at the following schools of nursing:Ìý Cornell U.- NYH, The College of New Rochelle, and ³ÉÈ˶¯ÂþÍøÕ¾ and has written a number of articles on maternity care and genetics issues for nurses.Ìý ÌýÌýA second edition of her review text, entitled Maternal-Newborn Success:Ìý A Course Review Applying Critical Thinking to Test Taking, was published by F.A. Davis in 2013.
