The 23rd Annual Scholarship and Creative Works Conference<\/h2>\n

This year\u2019s conference will take place on April 28, 2026<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

This conference is a key platform where hundreds of Adelphi students showcase their groundbreaking research, scholarly findings, inventive ideas, and creative projects. Students present their work to an audience of peers, faculty, family members, alumni and community visitors. This annual celebration underscores the strength of Adelphi’s academic environment and its commitment to student-led scholarship.<\/p>\n

Everyone in the community is encouraged to attend and explore the remarkable accomplishments of Adelphi\u2019s students.<\/em><\/p>\n

New for 2026<\/h3>\n
    \n
  1. 24-Hour Play Festival: Research is for Everyone<\/em>:<\/strong> Students of the Department of Theatre will be challenged to create short plays in just 24 hours, with roles and themes selected at random. A cool twist: Prompts for play themes will be inspired by student conference abstracts!<\/li>\n
  2. Art Gallery Presentations:<\/strong> Student artists with thesis projects on display in the Ruth S. Harley University Center Gallery will present on their work. See their artwork and earn about their influences and inspirations.<\/li>\n
  3. High School Track:<\/a> Calling all high school juniors! Apply to present your research at our first-ever High School Research Competition for the chance to win the top prize of a full tuition scholarship to 成人动漫网站, in addition to other scholarship opportunities. High school research classes are also invited to attend the Scholarship and Creative Works Conference to see the college-level work of our students, from the arts to the sciences and everything in between.<\/li>\n
  4. Anthropology Exhibition (Museum of Mundanes): <\/strong>On display on the second floor of the UC, directly opposite the elevator. Features student-created work from ANTH 105 exploring everyday objects through an anthropological lens.<\/li>\n
  5. Migration Justice Zine Exhibition: <\/strong>Located in the first-floor UC student lounge. An interdisciplinary collaboration between the School of Social Work and the College of Arts and Sciences’ Department of Art and Art History.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    Dr. William Kaelin<\/a> is the Sidney Farber Professor of Medicine at Harvard Medical School and Dana-Farber Cancer Institute, Senior Physician-Scientist at Brigham and Women’s Hospital and Howard Hughes Medical Institute Investigator.
